Kate Coiner Park, Broker/Co-Owner
Kate started her real estate career in the year 2000, after working in the hospital industry and retail. After seven years as an agent at a large luxury real estate firm, Kate joined Marnie Simpson in 2007 to create Nix Realty Company.
Kate’s priority is excellent customer service and attention to each and every client. Kate will work with you personally to achieve your real estate goals. Kate has received her ALHS, Accredited Luxury Home Specialist. In 2010, Kate sold over $18 million dollars in residential transactions, and ranked the #10 realtor in San Antonio at the San Antonio Business Journal’s Top 50 Residential Realtors.
A fifth generation San Antonian, Kate knows San Antonio and its history. Nix Realty Company is named after her ancestors, the Nixes, who arrived in San Antonio in the late 1800s. The Nixes were real estate developers, and most of Kate’s extended family is in the real estate business.
Kate works all over the city, but takes a special interest in modern architecture, especially that of renowned architect O’Neil Ford. She grew up in Alamo Heights and Terrell Hills, and knows the surrounding areas especially well. She attended St. Mary’s Hall, Alamo Heights, and Trinity University, where she shot on the skeet shooting team. Kate is a Board member of several social clubs, and a chair in The Battle of Flowers Association. Kate is married to John Park, and they have two teenage sons.
