Lynn was born in Washington DC as part of a military family, and has traveled extensively abroad and within the United States. During the family’s assignment in San Antonio at Fort Sam Houston, as a child Lynn became keenly aware of the unique architecture and style of the grand, historic homes on the military base. San Antonio became her home when she graduated from Trinity University with a B.S. in Business Administration. Lynn possesses the attributes of a top-flight REALTOR®: a mind for business, an eye for beauty, a unique ability to quickly connect to people and holds a strong allegiance to her clients.
She is able to help her buyers develop a realistic list of “must have/must not have” and “want vs need” items to conduct an efficient search for the right property for them. She is able to help her sellers see and understand the importance of presentation, disclosure and pricing to move their property in a fast changing market. Lynn’s clients benefit from her lifelong appreciation of architecture, design and composition. She is one of our Nix Realty Company stagers able to esthetically maximize the presentation of our property listings.
Lynn has two children, Lauren and Perry, and she is the founding president of San Antonio Rose Chapter, National Charity League. She gives freely of her style, flare and leadership skills in the Battle of Flowers Associations, Lantana Garden Club, and to Sunshine Cottage.
